Primrose Hudson

After being called to the Bar/ qualifying as a barrister, Primrose stayed at home to raise her 4 sons. She transferred to practicing as a solicitor over 20 years ago and has always practised in Family law. Primrose has dealt in depth with all aspects of a relationship breakdown; from Nullity to Separation, including Judicial Separation, Divorce, and Dissolution of Civil Partnership. Primrose is a senior family lawyer with vast experience of all aspects of financial remedy/relief stemming from any separation.

In Children law she deals with Residence, Contact, Specific Issue, prohibited steps, Adoption, and  Special Guardianship. She has also been instructed on a Surrogacy application. More recently she has drafted many Pre and post nuptial agreements.

She would always  prefer to negotiate rather than litigate and as head of the family law department at Southampton Row Solicitors, always adopts a conciliatory approach if at all possible. Primrose’s loyal client base are a testament to her professionalism and good results achieved. Primrose has a great sense of humour which her clients appreciate.

In her spare time she sits as a Magistrate which has added to  her broadminded attitude to life.
